Attestation of Establishment Certificates and Commercial Lists via the Akkad E-Document System
This is a comprehensive electronic service provided by the "Akkad" platform, dedicated to the attestation of official documents that have not been previously received through technical integration. The service requires users to upload scanned copies of the required documents, which are then electronically reviewed and verified for authenticity. Commercial missions (Trade Attachés) through the "Akkad" platform are responsible for examining the submitted documents. In some cases, a "Verification of Origin" may be requested from the issuing Chamber of Commerce to ensure the reliability and official validation of the documents
Using the authentication number, the following documents are automatically added:
Certificate of Origin (COO).
Commercial Invoice.
Bank Deposit Receipt for Government Fees (Required for non-preferential Certificates of Origin that are not exempt from government fees.).
Depending on the nature of the exported goods, you may be required to upload additional supporting documents, such as a Health Certificate, Veterinary Certificate, Packing List, Insurance Certificate, Bill of Lading, or any other relevant documents that support your application. Please ensure that these documents are uploaded to their designated fields under the Supporting Documents section on the Upload Documents page to ensure your application is complete and can be processed without delay.

The processing time for the service varies based on the type of document and the specific requirements of each transaction. In cases where confirmation of authenticity from the issuing chamber of commerce is required, the process may take additional time to obtain the necessary confirmations.
